计及局部量测的配电网线损理论计算方法的研究

针对配电网线损计算问题,在具体分析了当前几种适用于10 kV配电网的线损计算方法之后,提出了新的适合于10 kV配电网线损理论计算的数学模型和计算方法,即计及局部量测的配电网线损理论计算方法,以发现配电网运行的薄弱环节,掌握损耗的构成,有针对性地采取合理的降损措施。该计算方法对配电网的无功优化、电网技术改造以及电力市场成本电价计算具有十分重要的意义。

Research on Calculation Method of Theoretical Network Loss in Power Distribution Network Involving Local Measured Data

In view of the calculation to distribution network loss,the calculation method and mathematical model of theoretical network loss in power distribution network involving local measured data are proposed after loss calculation method analysis used in 10 kV power distribution network.The weaknesses in the operation process of distribution network could be located and the constitution of loss can be controlled,which could help to decrease line loss reasonably.The calculation method shows important significance to the reactive optimization of distribution network,power network reconstruction and cost calculation of the power market.
