三角形波纹板式溶液热交换器传热特性研究

摘    要:为了解三角形波纹板式溶液热交换器的传热特性,通过对其物理数学模型的求解,并与平板式溶液热交换器相对比,得到了三角形波纹板式溶液热交换器的流动、传热特性以及不同溶液流速对其传热性能的影响。研究三角形波纹板式溶液热交换器的波纹形状对其流动、传热性能的影响,得到波纹长度、波纹夹角与换热器的传热系数、换热器内流体压降的关系,其结果可为溶液热交换器的设计与优化提供依据与理论指导。

Abstract:In order to acquire the heat transfer performance of triangular ripple plate solution heat exchanger, according to the solution of the physical and mathematical model of it and contrast with the straight plate solution heat exchanger, obtains the heat transfer and flow characteristics of solution heat exchanger and the influence of different flow velocity on the characteristics. According to the research on influence of the length and angle of the ripple of the solution heat exchanger on its heat transfer and flow characteristics, obtains the relationship between the length of the ripple, the angle of the ripple and the heat transfer coefficient of the solution heat exchanger, the pressure drop of the liquid in the heat exchanger. The results provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimize of solution heat exchanger.
