顾客满意战略理念在图书馆借阅工作中的应用

摘    要:针对学校图书馆工作的职能和工作要求,提出将广泛应用于企业经营中的顾客满意战略导入到图书馆借阅工作中,对顾客满意战略作了介绍,并就如何开展图书馆优质服务、实施顾客满意战略、追求人性化的服务方式,以及实施过程中应注意的问题进行了阐述。

Abstract:Aiming at the functions and the requirements of libraries in colleges and universities,the paper puts forward the suggestion of applying customer-satisfaction strategy of business administration to college library.The paper introduces the customer-satisfaction and expounds how to provide qualified service,implement customer-satisfaction strategy and seek for humanized service and problems in implementation.
