纳米相增强铝基复合材料制备技术的研究进展

摘    要:综述了纳米相增强铝基复合材料制备技术的国内外研究现状,对原位反应合成法、快速凝固工艺、大塑性变形法、高能球磨法、溅射法、溶胶-凝胶法6大类制备工艺方法的机理、特点、适用范围和现阶段开发程度,以及由这些制备工艺所开发出的新材料的优异的力学、物理、化学性能进行了分析,并综合评价了各种工艺方法的优缺点。在指出纳米相增强铝基复合材料制备技术应用现状的基础上,探讨了制备技术未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:Nano - reinforced aluminum matrix composites are the advanced, promising and high - technology composites. The preparation techniques of the composites can be divided into six kinds, such as in - situ reaction, rapid solidification, severe plastic deformation, high energy ball milling, sputtering and sol - gel. This paper reviews the investigation status of its preparation techniques and the recent research achievements. The mechanisms, characteristics, application ranges and levels of the development about these preparation techniques are generally analyzed. Many novel materials have been synthesized by these techniques. These materials possess excellent properties in mechanics, physics and chemistry. The advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are synthetically evaluated. The application status and the future development tendency of the preparation techniques are discussed.
