| 摘 要： | 为了提高车身的装配精度,必须在设计阶段根据车身的结构为冲压件分配合理的公差。阐明了车身公差分配的重要性,论述了公差分配技术在车身设计中的应用,对车身公差分配的流程给出了详细解释。提出了根据车身结构的特殊性,在某些特殊的结构使用移动公差,将其应用到某车型开发中,并在其中得到了验证。在满足产品装配精度和技术要求的前提下,制定了较合理的公差,从而降低了开发成本、减少了更改次数、缩短了开发周期。
