| 摘 要： | 根据氧化铁皮产生的机理和除鳞装置的工作原理,针对国内某热轧生产线对其生产的带钢表面质量的要求,对其精轧机除鳞系统进行了适应性改造。介绍了改造的目的、要求和主要措施。结果表明,该方法可提高带钢的表面质量。

| Abstract: | Descaling equipments play a vital role in surface quality of hot rolled strip,According to the formation mechanism of the oxide scale and the working principle of descaling equipments,for getting higher surface quality of hot rolled strip in a hot rolling plant.We completed its adaptation reconstruction of finish mill descaling system,and achieved good results. |
