基于DOE的汽车碰撞优化分析

摘    要:建立了整车的有限元模型,对整车模型进行正面碰撞仿真分析,根据国标评价标准对车身加速度等参数进行了分析;在此基础上,提出了用实验设计的方法对汽车安全性进行直观分析、方差分析和显著性分析,得到最优的试验方案。优化结果表明,相比初始设计方案,优化后的方案明显降低了车身加速度,增强了汽车的耐撞性,为汽车正面碰撞安全设计与改进提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the CAE model of the car was established,and the frontal crash simulation analysis as the national evaluation criterion was completed.These parameters in crash course for evaluating safe of vehicle,such as accelerations of car body,were analyzed.The DOE method was proposed to study automotive safety by intuitive analysis,analysis of variance and significance analysis,in order to get the most optimal test program.The results show that the acceleration of body had been reduced obviously,vehicle'...
