温度对聚酯树脂与纤维的接触角影响分析

摘    要:针对复合材料成型工艺条件下聚酯树脂与玻璃纤维表面的物理化学作用,研究了不同温度下P65-901树脂、P171-901树脂、1777-G-6树脂的表面张力;分析了升温过程中ER纤维与树脂的浸润特性;计算出纤维与树脂的热力学附着功,考察了纤维与树脂的粘附特性;观察了接触角随时间的变化关系。结果表明,升高温度、延长作用时间可有效改善纤维与树脂的浸润特性。

Abstract:This article was aimed at physicochemical interaction between polyester resin and glass fiber under composite processing conditions.The influences of temperature on surface tension of P65-901 resin,P171-901 resin,1777-G-6 resin,and then the contact angle between resin and ER fiber was investigated,based on what the thermodynamic work of adhesion was calculated.The relationship between the contact angle and time was observed.The results indicated that wetting between resin and fiber can be improved by increa...
