摘    要:阐述了国内外在柑橘皮渣中提取有效成分的研究进展,详细介绍了橘皮香油精、橘皮色素、果胶、橙皮甙、膳食纤维等物质的物化性质、功能特性、提取方法、影响因素、最佳工艺等内容.对柑橘皮渣的综合开发,必将产生积极的推动作用.

Abstract:Research and development of the extraction active ingredients from citrus dregs at home and abroad was described in the paper.Many contents including physicochemical properties,functional characteristic,extraction method,influential factor,optimum technological conditions for extraction of essential oil,yellow pigment,pectin,hesperidins and dietary fiber were detailed.There will certainly be positive promotion effect to the comprehensive development of citrus dregs.
