| Abstract: | Research and development of the extraction active ingredients from citrus dregs at home and abroad was described in the paper.Many contents including physicochemical properties,functional characteristic,extraction method,influential factor,optimum technological conditions for extraction of essential oil,yellow pigment,pectin,hesperidins and dietary fiber were detailed.There will certainly be positive promotion effect to the comprehensive development of citrus dregs. |
