| Abstract: | In group leader management training,the first is to complete the system construction of training curriculum,and to apply the ideological construction system of PDCA circulation in order to gradually improve construction concept,goal and content,method condition,and assessment feedback.Hopefully this will lead to a flexible curriculum system and pattern for enterprises in terms of content,time,and method choice. |
