食用级淀粉/低密度聚乙烯复合材料研究

摘    要:以食用级淀粉及无毒偶联剂对低密度聚乙烯进行填充改性,考察可食用淀粉的种类及用量对填充体系的力学性能的影响,以及无毒铝酸酯偶联剂种类、用量对填充体系性能及微观形貌的影响。结果表明:玉米淀粉填充效果总体优于土豆淀粉和红薯淀粉,且淀粉用量以30份为宜。填充前,对淀粉进行干燥处理,有利于偶联剂作用的发挥以及提高体系的冲击强度。无毒偶联剂用量为1%时,材料冲击强度较处理前提高近50%,断裂伸长率提高168%。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of edible starch and poisonless coupling agents on the mechanical properties and microstructure of LDPE/ edible starch composites were investigated respectively.The experimental results showed that fill effect of corn starches was better than potato and sweet potato starches,And the appropriate amount of corn starch was 30 per cent resin.The drying of starch was conducive to play the role of coupling agents and to improve the impact strength.When the ratio of the poisonless couplin...
