摘    要:发电机内冷水系统离子交换器在运行过程中发生树脂泄漏,并有少量的树脂漏入发电机定子线圈中。针对该问题,分析了泄漏的原因,并采用气、水共振法对发电机定子线圈进行冲洗,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Resin leakage takes place in the ion exchange of generator inner cooling water system during the operation process, and this condition has led to a little leakage of resin into the generator stator coil. In order to solve the problem, the reasons for the leakage are analyzed in the paper, and the gas-water resonance method is adopted to wash the generator stator coil. Good results have been achieved.
