| 摘 要： | 标准GB14711-2006第710条电机绝缘结构评定规定中关于电机绝缘变更和绝缘组分替代试验，将于2009年3月开始实施，绝缘结构组成替代规程采用密封管试验来完成。作者以多次成功的试验经验，从设备、流程、注意事项以及试验结果评定等方面阐述了试验心得，希望对以后开展该试验的相关人员有所帮助。
