摘    要:研究了WSP和HBHYP浆的配比对共磨浆性能及其在不同打浆度下对纸页特性的影响。结果表明:WSP与HBHYP混合共磨浆能明显提高打浆效率;HBHYP在0~50%的添加范围内配比量越高,纸页的松厚度、不透明度及光散射系数不断增加,且所有共磨浆的撕裂指数、耐折度及脆性均优于WSP;当HBHYP添加量较低时,抗张指数及耐破指数接近或高于纯麦草浆。WSP与HBHYP共磨时,HBHYP浆较多的细小组分有利于促进纤维之间的结合,增加纤维内部结合强度。

Abstract:The effects of the co-refining of high bulk aspen P-RC APMP(HBHYP) and bleached wheat straw pulp(WSP) blends on paper property developments were studied. The results show that,the co-refining of HBHYP and WSP can improve beating efficiency,and the improvement of bulk,opacity and light scattering are corresponding with the increase of HBHYP addition varied from 0 to 50%,and the tear strength,folding endurance and brittleness properties of all the pulp blends are better than that of the pure WSP.
