摘    要:对回转窑热工过程进行综合测试,以分析窑衬局部垮落、窑皮变化、煤粉不完全燃烧、窑尾空气过剩系数及窑头密封的情况,为回转窑操作及维护提供依据,通过优化操作参数和结构参数,达到稳定窑况,改善熟料质量。增产节能的目的。

Abstract:The comprehensive testing and analysis of thermal engineering process in rotary kiln is aimed at analyzing the local collapse of kiln lining, kiln scale change, incomplete combustion of pulverized coal, excessive air coefficient at kiln feed end and sealing of kiln discharge end, etc. so as to provide basis for kiln operation and maintenance; then by optimizing operating parameters and structural parameters, it is possible to achieve stable kiln conditions, better clinker quality as well as output increase and energy saving.
