| 摘 要： | 在移动互联网技术和通信技术快速发展的背景下，智能手机、平板电脑的流行也对电子政务系统提出了新的发展要求。本文主要论述了政府如何搭建一套安全高效的移动电子政务平台，总结出移动电子政务是传统电子政务的新拓展，对提高政府办公效率将有重要意义和实际的应用价值，为政府积极建设移动电子政务平台提供有价值的参考。

The growth of smart phone and pad has brought new requirements for the traditional E-Government. Valuable practice of building the Mobile E-Government platform has been proposed in the paper, which could be taken as a reference for the government. |
