摘    要:为了提高吉化炼油厂催化裂化装置减压渣油掺炼量,使渣油深加工,增加经济效益,通过使用金属钝化剂,减轻重金属污染;使用油浆阻焦剂,抑制油浆系统结焦;增加蒸汽用量,减少系统生焦;优化反应及分馏系统工艺参数等一第列技术措施,使减压渣油掺炼量逐年提高。自1996年10月开始掺炼减压渣油,到1999年10月掺炼比例已经达到34.23%,突破了装置的设计能力。

Abstract:In order to improve mixing quantity of VRO in Catatytic Cracking Unit to processdeeply residue oil and to gain economic benefit,We had taken a series of technical measures which include using metal passivant to reduce contamination,using coking inhibitor to refrain coking of oil slurry system ,and increasing steam quantity to reduce system coking.Mixing quantity of VRO was improved year by year through optimizing process parameters(data) of reaction and fractional system.In Oct.1996 VRO began to be mixed,until Oct.1999,mixing ratio of VRO had been improved up to 34.23%,which broke through the design capacity of the unit.
