摘    要:主要介绍了直升机旋翼锥体、动平衡测量设备的基本原理及校验系统的硬件和软件结构,详细阐述了该系统的具体设计方法.本系统主要由HRDS型旋翼锥体仿真试验器和HBMC型高精度标准信号源两部分组成,信号源部分主要采用PC104微型计算机作为主控计算机,利用宝石公司设计的RU-BY-MM-416型PC104接口的4通道16位D/A模拟输出卡和自行设计的滤波及放大电路作为信号输出部分,以及自行编写的软件组合而成的校验系统.

Abstract:The basic principle for the measure system which is designed to checkout track-height and dynamic balance equipment of the helicopter, and the hardware and software structure for the checkout system are described. The design ways for this system are expatiated in detail. This system includes mostly two parts, trackheight simulative tester HRDS and high precision normal signal fountain HBMC. The host computer of the signal fountain is a microcomputer PC104. It uses four PC104 output blocks RUBY-MM-416 designed by Stone Ltd., which has 16 bits D/A output, and the filter and amplifier are designed by ourselves, which are used for the signal output. The software of the system is designed by ourselves too.
