| 摘 要： | 对供应链系统整体绩效进行评价,是供应链管理理论研究的重要内容之一,也是供应链管理实践的需要。由于对生态供应链整体绩效进行评价,又有其不同的特点和内容,所以首先论述了生态供应链整体绩效评价与现行企业绩效评价的区别和生态供应链整体绩效评价的范围。在此基础上,提出一套生态供应链整体绩效评价指标体系,并建立了基于可拓理论和变权理论的生态供应链整体绩效评价模型。最后论述了生态供应链激励的特征和激励机制的内容与激励方式。

| Abstract: | Overall performance evaluation of supply chain is not only an important part of supply chain management theory,but it is also the practical needs of supply chain.Since the contents and characteristics of overall performance evaluation of ecologic supply chain differ greatly,this paper clarified the scopes of overall performance evaluation of ecologic supply chain and its difference from enterprise performance evaluation.On such a basis,it provided an index system and evaluating model based on Extenics and Contingency theories.Besides,it made discussions on the characteristics,contents and methods of stimulation in ecologic supply chain. |
