摘    要:入世后,中国饭店业将面临外资饭店集团纷纷抢占中国市场的严峻挑战。目前,我国饭店集团在体制、品牌、资本、网络营销和人才等方面均存在缺陷,饭店业应尽快进行机制创新和品牌建设,实现资本经营,提高网络营销水平,加大饭店职业经理人的培养力度,从而使我国饭店业在新一轮的竞争中取胜。

Abstract:After WTO entry China's hotels will face severe challenge coming from foreign\|funded hotel groups to the successive occupation of China's markets. Nowadays, it should be admitted that there exist many defects for China's hotel groups in respect of the system of organization, brand, capital, network marketing and personnel management and so on. In order to win in the new round of competition for our country what should be done as soon as possible is the system innovation, the brand construction, the realization of capital management, the improvement of the level of net marketing and giving more effective leadership to the cultivation of hotel managing professionals.
