丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物高吸油树脂的合成与性能

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯为单体,丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成了高吸油树脂;研究了共聚单体组成,交联剂用量对吸油树脂吸油性能及吸油后树脂强度的影响。结果表明。所制成的树脂可吸自重21倍以上的煤油.25倍以上的苯、二甲苯,且吸油后树脂强度高。

Abstract:The high oil absorbing resin consisting of cross linked copolymer of methacrylate and styrene was synthesized by suspension polymerization The effects of monomers,crosslinker and initiator on the oil absorption of the prepared resin and the strength of the resin after absorbing oil were discussed The results showed the absorption power of the resin was about 21(g/g)for kerosene and 25(g/g)for benzene and xylene,and the resin had high strength after absorbing oil matter
