| 摘 要： | 以L-抗坏血酸和棕榈酰氯为基本原料，以5，6-D-异亚丙基也-抗坏血酸为中间产物，在无水吡啶中进行酯化反应，经成盐和脱保护反应，制得最终产品。总收率为47％-51％。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the synthesis of sodium salt of 2-palmitoyl ascorbic acid from palmitoyl chloride and L-ascorbic acid.At first L-ascorbic acid is protected the 5' and 6' hydroxyl groups by reaction of a ketone and 5,6-isopropylidenyl ascorbic acid is obtained.Then protected ascorbic acid molecule reacts with palmitoyl chloride.After reacting with a concentrated solution of sodium carbonate and deprotection,the end product is obtained. |
