高侵彻性能钨合金研究进展

摘    要:主要介绍高密度钨合金穿甲弹材料侵彻性能的国内外研究发展状况,从改变合金中钨颗粒性质、粘结相组成与含量,以及结合工艺改善的角度,总结目前国内外改善高密度钨合金侵彻性能的主要途径,并对当前国外先进钨合金穿甲弹产品的材料成分、制备工艺及侵彻效果进行了简要介绍和分析;同时针对国外穿甲弹的研究概况和发展趋势,提出我国今后研究和开发新型高侵彻性能钨合金穿甲弹的主要研究方向。

Abstract:The recent research status on tungsten heavy alloys was reviewed. The methods to improve the properties of tungsten alloys, including the changes of tungsten particle size, component, content of matrix and the improvements of sintering technics, were also discussed in details. At the same time, some advanced overseas penetrators were introduced and research directions of tungsten alloy materials were pointed out in this paper.
