| Abstract: | This article mainly focuses on the basic concepts,the system components,the main functions of IPTV,as well as its key technologies. Through comparison,we get a conclusion that IPTV is an implementation method of ITV and a kind of image communication system.Its key technologies can be applied in ITV. |
