加工工艺对稀土顺丁橡胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了胶料配方、炭黑、操作油以及硫化时间对稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)性能的影响。结果表明,实验所采用的2种配方和炭黑对NdBR硫化胶的性能影响不甚明显;填加适量的操作油可以降低混炼胶的门尼粘度,提高硫化胶的拉伸性能;硫化时间的延长有可能降低硫化胶的拉伸性能。

Abstract:The effects of compounding recipes,carbon black,processing oil,as well as cure time on the properties of polybutadiene rubber synthesized by rare-earth catalyst(NdBR)were studied in this paper.The results showed that the effects of the two kinds of recipes and the carbon black used in the experiment on the properties of NdBR vulcanizate were not significant;The Mooney viscosity could be decreased by increasing the amount of process oil,and the tensile strength was also enhanced.Beside,the tensile properties could be reduced by prolonging the cure time.
