摘    要:准双曲面齿轮粗切铣齿机是粗加工准双曲面齿轮大轮的铣齿设备。粗铣齿是精加工铣齿的前道工序,它影响齿轮的加工效率也影响齿面的最终加工精度。按粗铣机的传动原理和粗铣机的结构特点,分析了在切削过程中机床传动系统误差对齿轮切削精度的影响,以便提高传动链精度、改善齿轮的加工质量。

Abstract:The hypoid rough gear milling machine is the gear milling equipment to rough finish hypoid gear wheel. The rough gear milling is the preceding working procedure of finish gear milling, which influences not only the machining efficiency of gear but also the final machining accuracy of tooth flank. According to the driving principle and structural characteristic of rough gear milling machine, the paper analyzes the influence of machine - tool drive system error on gear cutting accuracy in cutting process so as to increase the accuracy of drive chain and improve the machining quality of gear.
