| Abstract: | The paper takes Shanghai Huawen HPCS3000 distributed control system(DCS) applied in wet desulfurization of 1 000 MW coal-fired unit as an example,and it introduces configuration of the DCS and analyzes characteristics of hardware and software of HPCS3000 system.Besides,the paper improves protection and logic in the operation and points out precautions and existing problems in the application of HPCS3000,enhancing safety and reliability of the whole control system. |
