大型风电机组主轴轴承承载能力分析

摘    要:介绍了目前大型风力发电机组主轴轴承所承受的载荷工况,分析了主轴轴承的偏载情况、润滑和游隙对承载能力和寿命的影响,以及主轴轴承的振动对自身寿命的影响,提出了设计中需要注意的重点、改进意见和建议.

Abstract:The paper introduces current load cases of main shaft bearing in large wind turbines,it analyzes impact of unbalanced loading,lubrication and clearance on bearing capacity and life of main shaft bearing;it also expounds impact of main shaft bearing vibration on its lifetime and proposes essentials,improvements and suggestions.
