Abstract:The paper introduces control scheme for liquid level in limestone slurry tank,limestone slurry density,pH value of slurry in absorbing tower in unby-passed flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system of 2×300 MW CFB boilers in a power plant.It expounds solution to transfer functions and control parameter tuning of proportional plus integral plus derivation(PID).Besides,it simulates control parameter of PID by employing MATLAB and puts the affirmed parameter into practical application of FGD control system,which can achieve the goal of effectively control the emission of SO2.
