| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种电能计量器具质量监督管理平台,该平台实现了对电能计量器具整个生命周期的质量监督管理,并提供分品种、分厂家的质量分析与评估功能,在省级公司层面上实现了对电能计量器具质量监督管理的流程化和信息化.该系统平台已在广东电网公司范围内投入运行,并获得了很好的应用效果.
