| 摘 要： | 在我国的建筑总存量中,不符合节能标准要求的既有建筑占了绝大多数;在全社会实际发生的建筑总能耗中,既有建筑不可避免的成为了能耗的绝对主力.要真正减少全社会的能耗总量,对既有建筑进行改造是必然的选择.通过对紫京皇冠酒店进行的综合改造,为相应的既有建筑改造提供了成功的范例.
