摘    要:针对300MW汽轮发电机组启动中发电机轴承振动超标的问题,分析了机组轴振和瓦振数据,并测试了发电机汽端台板的差别振动,认为连接刚度不足是导致发电机轴承瓦振超标的主要原因;通过提高连接刚度,解决了瓦振异常的问题.

Abstract:Aiming at excessive bearing vibration in startup of 300 MW steam turbine generators,the paper analyzes data of bear vibration and pad vibration and tests the vibration difference between bedplates at turbine end.It is believed that the deficient connection rigidity is the major reason for excessive bearing and pad vibration in generators.The abnormal bearing and pad vibration is handled by improvement of connection rigidity.
