摘    要:采用k—ε湍流模型、SIMPLE算法、双块修正技术对BW—1085T/H锅炉炉膛进行了冷态数值模拟,推荐了加强收敛的有效措施,计算表明,k—ε双方程模型能够有效地预报“W”型炉膛的流动。其结果在工程上具有重要的参考价值。

NUMERICAL ANALYSES OF COLD VELXITY FIELD IN BW-1085T/H BOILER FURNACE
Abstract:Based on the K-ε turbulent model, the numerical analyses of cold flow fields for BW-1085 T/H boiler furnace chamber are carried out in terms of SIMPLE algorithm and double block correction method. The Convergence of the nymerical calculation is analyzed and the effective measures to accelerate convergence are suggested. the calculation shows that the K-ε two-equation is capable of predicting the flow fields of"w" pattern furnace chamber and its result is of great reference value in engineering.
