不确定推理在火电厂水汽化学过程故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:以火电厂水汽化学过程中的凝结水、给水、炉水、饱和蒸汽及过热蒸汽等子系统为研究单元,分析系统中故障原因及故障征兆之间的模糊关系;利用不确定推理方法,构建各子系统的诊断模型块及相互间跳转条件,形成一个适用于整个水汽化学过程的故障诊断模型。运用该模型进行故障识别,能够快速准确地得到诊断结果。

Abstract:Taking condensate system, feed water system, boiler water system, saturated steam system and superheated steam system as research objects, which were all subsystems of water-steam chemistry process in power plant, the fuzzy relation between fault signs and fault reasons was analyzed. In order to establish an applicable diagnosis model for water and steam chemistry process, uncertain reasoning method was used to construct subsystems model blocks and jumping conditions. This model can identify faults rapidly and accurately.
