| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristics and reasons of forming of Western ecological enviornment,the main factors that restrict the development of Western cities are concluded.How to deal with these factors,the viewpoints from six aspects including the city ecological system,the modulation of industry structure,the treatment of city enviorment pollution,the transition of conception and so on are put forward. |
