| 摘 要： | 在合成２－萘甲酰三氟丙酮的过程中对分离方法进行了改进，产率由４５％提高到８２％，且纯度高，可用作配制时间分辨荧光免疫分析的增强液。

| Abstract: | n the course of 2-naphtholltrifluoroacetone (2-NTA) preparation,we modified the separating method.As a result, the yield of 2-NTA is raised from45% to 82%. And its purity is very high, so itcan be used in preparing fluorescence enhancementsolution for time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay. |
