弧齿锥齿轮的三维图形显示

提出一种在计算机上能立体显示弧齿锥齿轮的齿面及其轮辐的程序设计方法。首先，根据弧齿锥齿轮的齿面方程求出一个轮齿的齿面上点的数据，然后经过旋转变换便形成全部齿面的数据。其次，将三维坐标经过投影变换到平面坐标上（称为世界坐标），再将世界坐标变换到设备坐标上。最后通过绘图函数将变换后的数据用图形显示在屏幕上。本文方法为弧齿锥齿轮的切齿仿真提供了手段。本程序采用的方法是针对ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境下的编程而言的，但其方法具有普遍性。

The Three Dimension View of Spiral Bevel Gear

The paper offers a kind of program design method to display the tooth surface and spoke of spiral bevel gear by cubicle on computer screen.Firstly, the data of the surface′s point of a tooth are gotten from the spiral bevel gear tooth surface equation, then, the whole tooth surface data are formed through converting the previous data.Secondly, the 3 dimeension coordinate is projected on the 2 dimension coordinate(known as The World Coordinate),then, the World Coordinate is transformed to the Device Coordinate.Finally, the varied data are drawn on computer screen by drawing functions.In the paper the program design method provides some means for the cutting tooth imitation of spiral bevel gears.The method is aimed at WINDOWS program design but it is a general method.
