转子扭转振动的相似模型试验分析

摘    要:通过理论分析表明,对一转子,若将其径向尺寸缩小到原来的1/Kd,轴向尺寸缩小到原来的1/KL,按相同或不同的材料制做成一相似模型,则相似模型扭转振动的频率特性曲线和实际转子的频率特性曲线相似,两者固有频率之间具有确定的相似关系,并且和径向尺寸缩小的比例Kd无关,两者的振型完全相同。本文研究的结果,可作为转子扭转振动特性相似模型试验分析的基础。

Abstract:Some relationships between the characteristics of a rotor and its similarity model are obtained by theoretical analysis.Reducing radial dimensions of a rotor by K d times and its axial dimensions by K L times, we can obtain a similarty model of the rotor.The model can be made of the same material as the rotor or the different one.The similarity model′s frequency response curves are similar to the rotor′s and their mode shapes keep the same.It is found that the proportional relationship between model′s and rotor′s natural frequencies does not depend on the ratio K d. The above results are useful for torsional vibration analysis of rotor by similarity model test.
