摘    要:主要分析了小曲柄驱动的平面曲柄滑块机构,其输出构件的一些运动学参数为谐波函数。根据信号分析的原理,对曲柄滑块机构的运动学(位移、速度、加速度)特性进行了谐波分析,然后用基本机构产生谐波信号,按一定规律进行叠加,生成新的机构,可较好地实现所要求的信号。

Abstract:This paper deals with planar slider crank linkage driven by relatively small crank, whose angular speed is constant and as a consequence generating approximate simple hormonic function.After obtaining the truncated form of its Fourier series through Fourier transform,the analysis and synthesis of the output linkage slider′s displacement, velocity, accleration can be made accroding to the theory of harmonic analysis.
