摘    要:通过分析内燃机飞轮瞬时转速的测量误差,提出角度误差是测量飞轮瞬时转速的主要误差来源,并提出一种精确测量内燃机飞轮瞬时转速的方法-双传感器法。在单缸机和4缸机上采用本方法测量了飞轮瞬时转速,并与传统方法作了对比。试验结果表明:用双传感器法可有效消除测量飞轮瞬时转速过程中因加工及磨损造成的角度误差,提高了内燃机飞轮瞬时转速的测量精度,本方法同样适用于其它旋转机械的瞬时转速的精确测量。

Abstract:In this paper,by analyzing the measuring error of transient speed it was foud that the main error of measured transient speed is angular error,and a dual sensors method was suggested by which precise measurement of flywheel's transient speed can be obtained.Transient speed measured in single cylinder's and four cylinder's engines by this method is compared with that of single sensor method.The results show that angular error caused by manufacture and wear is avoided from measuring flywheel's transient speed and that precision of measurement of flywheel's transient speed is improved greatly.The dual sensors method is also suitable for the precise measurement of transient speed of other rotating machines.
