微波溶胀对五彩湾煤直接液化影响的研究

摘    要:采用NMP/CS(2体积比1︰1)混合溶剂,在微波辐射下对五彩湾煤进行溶胀处理,并将原煤和微波溶胀煤样进行对比表征和加氢液化实验,考察了液化反应温度、反应气氛、溶胀剂对液化效果的影响。结果表明:微波溶胀后,煤样孔隙结构显著增加,结构发生变化。在液化条件是温度450℃、氢初压6.0 MPa、溶煤比1.75︰1和反应时间60 min,油产率和转化率分别是原煤55.02%和76.76%,微波溶胀煤74.03%和84.78%。

Abstract:The swelling solvent of NMP/CS2 with ratio of volume 1︰1 was used to pretreat Wucaiwan coal undermicrowave condition.Untreated coal and microwave swollen coal were respectively characterized and directly liquefied with hydrogen.Effects of reaction temperature,reaction atmosphere and swelling solvent on hydro-liquefaction result of the coal were investigated.The results indicate that microwave swelling pre-treatment can make coal sandwich and sheet structures increase significantly;Under hydro-liquefaction conditions of T=450 ℃,PH2 =6.0 MPa,S/C= 1.75︰1 and reaction time = 60 min,oil yield and conversion of untreated coal respectively reach 55.02%and 76.76%,and oil yield and conversion of microwave NMP/CS2-swollen coal reach 74.03%and 84.78%,respectively.
