皮革回湿工艺及其回湿效果研究

摘    要:对复鞣前蓝湿革回湿工艺及其回湿效果进行了研究和探讨。指出了回湿工艺对后续制革过程以及产品性能具有重要的影响,并针对不同状况的蓝湿革提出了较为理想的回湿工艺(包括表面活性剂、甲酸、草酸、酸性酶等的选择与配合),为后工序的正常进行以及化料的吸收作好了铺垫。

Abstract:It was discussed that the rewetting process and its effects on wet-blue before retanning in this paper. The result showed that the rewetting process is very important to the leathermaking and the properties of finished leather. At the same time,some effective rewetting methods,including selecting and matching of surfactant,formic aid,oxalic acid,acidic enzyme, etc. were provided. The rewetting process paved way for the absorption of leather chemicals in continued processes.
