新型聚季鏻铵盐杀菌剂的合成研究

摘    要:以二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷合成聚季铵盐为基础,将聚季铵盐和四羟甲基硫酸磷(季盐)混聚得到一种未见报道的阳离子表面活性剂———聚季铵盐。分别从季铵化反应条件对聚季铵盐的影响以及聚季铵盐与季盐醚化条件进行了探索,通过产品的粘度增加及红外特征峰现象证明:发生了醚化反应,所得新型聚季铵盐符合高性能、复合化和安全性的发展方向。

Abstract:By using polymeric quandary arnmonium salts from epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine,an un-reported cationic polymer bactericides was synthesized,together with tetrakis-(hydroxymethyl) phosphonium salts.The effects of reaction conditions on product performances were investigated from both respects of quaternarization and etherization.The molecular structure was characterized by viscidity and IR.The results indicated that the new bactericide had a good future.
