摘    要:混凝土索塔锚固区的抗裂性是决定斜拉桥耐久性能的关键因素。在义乌市商博大桥索塔足尺节段模型试验中,除应变计、位移计等传统检测方法外,还采用了AE(声发射)无损检测技术连续监测节段模型的内部损伤状态。试验结果表明,小半径环向预应力技术可以保证索塔在使用阶段的抗裂性能,AE系统对混凝土内部损伤有一定的预报作用,在后期结构运营过程中的应用还有待进一步研究。

Abstract:The crack resistance in the anchorage area of the concrete pylon is a key factor to determine the durability of the cable-stayed bridge. In the full-sized model test for the pylon of Shangbo Bridge in the city of Yiwu, apart from the conventional detection with the strainometer, displacement meter, etc., the acoustic emission (AE) nondestructive detection is adopted to continuously monitor the internal destruction of the model segment. Results from the test show that application of the sharp radius circular prestress can assure the pylon of crack resistance in the service period, and that the AE system can forecast to a certain degree the internal destruction of concrete, which needs further studies when applied in the process of later operation.
