摘    要:通过比较2台600 MW超超临界机组锅炉水冷壁不同负荷下的壁温分布情况,分析了水冷壁的壁温特性,并根据2台锅炉当前运行特性的区别,提出了适当降低过热度和调整节流孔圈等建议,为今后投产的同类型锅炉提供参考。

Abstract:Temperature characteristics of boiler water wall tubes are analyzed according to temperature distribution under different load by comparison of two 600 MW supercritical generating units.And proposals such as reducing superheat degree and adjusting throttling orifice are put forward in consideration of different boiler current operation characteristics.As a result references for future boilers of the same type are provided.
