摘    要:应用X射线衍射、声速法等研究了在PAN纤维制备中致密化过程对纤维晶态结构、全取向结构的影响规律,结合差示扫描量热法和纤维的拉伸-形变曲线,探讨了纤维致密化程度与纤维密度及纤维拉伸特性间的关系。结果表明,在PAN纤维制备中,高于大分子玻璃化转变温度的致密化处理过程中,随致密化温度的升高,纤维密度增大,拉伸强度降低,全取向结构降低,但对PAN分子侧氰基的热分解环化行为影响不大。

Abstract:The effects of collapse process on crystalline structure and full orientation structure of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber were studied by X-ray diffraction and sonic velocity method. The relationship between degree of collapse and density and tensile properties of the fiber was discussed through the combination of differential scanning calorimetry and tensile deformation curves. The results showed that the fiber density was increased, tensile strength decreased and the full orientation structure decreased when the collapse temperature was above macromolecular glass transition temperature, which had no profound effect on thermolysis cyclization of side cyan group.
