马来酸酐—丙烯酸甲酯—丙烯酰胺共聚物阻垢性能的研究

摘    要:合成了马来酸酐-丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酰胺三元共聚物阻垢分散剂,并对其阻垢性能与丙烯酸-丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酰胺共聚物比较,发现它对循环水温度、硬度及PH值的适用范围比丙烯酸-丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酰胺更广,可广泛用作工业循环水特别是高温、高硬度、高PH值等水质的阻垢分散剂。

Abstract:The maleic anhydride methyl acrylate acrylamide copolymer used as antiscaling and dispersing agent was synthesized and its antiscaling property was compared with AA-MA-AM copolymer. It was discovered that the ranges suitable for the recirculating water temperature, hardness and pH value of this copolymer was wider than that of AA-MA-AM. So MAH-MA-AM could be widely used in industrial recirculating water as antiscalant,especially in the water quality with high temperature,high hardness,high pH value.
