| 摘 要： | 在可发性聚苯乙烯的合成中,添加成核剂N,提高了EPS的发泡质量。通过EPS的发泡泡孔照片的研究分析,证明了成核剂N具有形成大量气泡核的作用,使泡孔细密均匀,发泡倍率提高,并确认了添加量在1000ppm至4000ppm之间效果最好。

| Abstract: | The addition of nuclcant agent N in synthesizing Expanded Polystyrene(EPS) to improve bubble quality of EPS was introduced, Studying and analyzing the bubble holes, photos of EPS proved that nucleant agent had an effect of producing large quantities of bubble nucleus, made the bubble holes close and even and improved bubble times. The addition amont be-tween l000ppm and 4000ppm was turned out to be the best. |
