固定化铜绿微囊藻对污水的净化及其生理特征变化

摘    要:将铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)包埋固定在海藻酸钙凝胶中,分别对合成污水和实际污水进行净化,研究其对污水中氨氮和正磷酸盐的净化效率以及净化过程中藻类的生长、叶绿素a含量的变化,并与未固定的铜绿微囊藻进行对照比较。结果表明,合成污水经过5天的净化,固定化铜绿微囊藻对合成污水中NH3-N和PO43--P去除率分别为92.92%和69.19%,而悬浮态藻对NH3-N和PO43--P的去除率分别为36.54%和26.77%;实际污水经过6天的净化,污水中NH3-N的浓度由27.1 mg.L-1降为0 mg.L-1;PO43--P的浓度由2.55 mg.L-1降为0 mg.L-1。

Abstract:The remove efficiencies of NH_(3)-N and PO_4~(3-)P from synthetic and practical wastewater by immobilized Microcystis aeruginosa entrapped in calciumalginate gel were studied.The growth rate of immobilized Microcystis aeruginosa and content change of chlorophyll were also studied and compared with those when in free culture.The results showed that the removing efficiencies of NH_(3)-N of synthetic wastewater in free culture and immobilized were 36.54% and 92.92% respectively;the removing efficiencies of PO_4~(3-)-P of synthetic wastewater in free culture and immobilized were 26.77% and 69.19% respectively.After 6 days' treatment,the NH_(3)-N and PO_4~(3-)-P concentration in practical wastewater decreased from 27.1 mg·L~(-1) to 0 mg·L~(-1) and from 2.55 mg·L~(-1) to 0 mg·L~(-1) respectively.The result showed that the purifying capacity of immobilized algae on NH_(3)-N and PO_4~(3-)-P was obviously higher than that of free algae.
