| 摘 要： | 介绍了塑料支架注射模结构，浇注系统的选择及模具工作过程。该模具1模两腔，采用潜伏式浇口，从塑件侧面进料，二次顺序分型，定模抽芯。流道凝料可由浇道推杆推出，同时切断浇口，然后自动落下.经生产使用，该模具各机构活动灵活，操作安全可靠。

| Abstract: | This plastic bracket mold was introduced on structure,feeding system ahd operational principle, two-cavity, twice order cavity parting and submarine gate were adopted on this mold feed on the side. There were core-pulling mechanism on the stationary mold. The material left was cut and ejected. The mold was flexible and reliable in operation. |
